Picasso's at work again.....

I don't know if you remember us having a couple of rooms painted year before last. We nicknamed Ross - Picasso. Well he came back yesterday to start on the lounge room.

Here is a before shot, it actually looks a lot lighter than it is. We did the pine lining about 25 years ago and stained it a Baltic colour. I liked it then but it's dated. The room was very dark. You don't realise how many pics you have on walls until you have to take them down.

 

There's mess in every room but it will be worth it. The walls, ceiling and trims will be a clotted cream and the wood is a pale green called Split Pea, we have gone for half strength. As soon as it's all back in order I'll let you have a peek.
