The question on everyone's lips..... I love ric rac and sell it in all colours and sizes, my fav would have to be the linen ric rac. Have never known how you measure the width of the different ric racs until now.
Great to use when doing embroidery, simply run through your printer, press onto your background fabric and start stitching.
Then simply remove by submerging in warm water, agitate for 2 - 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Hi Karen - my Christmas angel parcel arrived from Karen Rojahn my swap partner today, and I know some girls are keeping them for xmas to open - but not me lol. I ripped that parcel open so quick. Karen may have sent you some photos, but have sent one also in case. They were just gorgeous as I knew they would be because we have the same tastes - lucky me. Hope you can see what they all are - the bag might be a bit tricky to identify cost its lying down. Thankyou so much for organising this great swap Cheryl Horsburgh
I know some of you have started to receive your goodies from your swap partner. I don't know about you but l'd be opening them the minute l got the. They are all little Christmas goodies so why not add them to this year's Christmas display.
I have lost the right hand side of the blog while l have been trying to put the December Calendar on. I have found it down the very bottom of the page, but it's not how it's meant to be. Will email typepad to see if they can help me, meanwhile we all need to be patient.
If you live anywhere in Victoria you probably suffered the hot day we had yesterday. It was 38C here (which l thought was a bra size to be honest) and we live in the hills. So those in town probably had it worse than we did. We are lucky, it you open everything up our house cools down overnight. Today started off at 22 and seems very sticky. The poor birds are hunting out the water dishes we leave in the garden for them. We don't feed but we do water them.
Am heading out to the shop for pack for a stitching day down at Philip Island tomorrow. My last out and about for the year. Have a splendid day.
Oh and we have decided to upgrade the Mazda for a bigger car, don't know what they are called, but it's a smaller version of a 4 wheel drive but bigger than a station wagon. I know l am amzing you with my knowledge of cars. Sometimes you need to give yourself thinking time don't you?
But l found the Christmas angel out in the garden. Bron is off to a Christmas lunch today and wearing red from head to toe. If you have a close look you'll see the green button necklace l got her for her birthday at the Trade Show on Saturday. She loved it so l added it to my purchases, it went into her hadbag and l havene't seen it until this morning.(Her birthday is in February by the way, Happy Birthday Bron.)
I offerred her my antler head gear but she thought that was overdoing it.
Something terrible has happened. I have lost baby Jesus. I picked up a nativity scene last week from one of my reps. This morning l was unpacking it in my office and tipped the box over. I tried to save him but he's gone. He's bounced somewhere in the room, l've looked high and low. Thought he may have bounced in one of the bags l had nearby but nothing.
How can l have a nativity scene with the most important person missing?
