You can't see all the bits that fell behind the box while l was rummaging through it looking for bits to put in my Around the World quilt. Have made one block so far, didn't take long. Looks a bit ordinary as a stand alone block. So I won't show you until l have 3 more blocks to add to it.
Back to the scrap box - my challenge this year is to use as much as l can to make scrap quilts in between other projects.
Another resolution is to compost more and waste less. Not doing the lose weight bit, why set myself up to fail. These 3 things at least seem doable. (Is that a word?)

Hey didn't I tidy up that box, once or twice?? Oh well looks like you are having fun. Can't wait to see what this quilt looks like.

I will send a photo through of a scrap quilt that might fill the bill. It's a one block quilt with a secondary pattern - finishes up looking "old"
I used one of eveything I had from my stash as well as some orphin blocks - make a marvelous scrappy!
If that fails keep your scrap box because it is thereaputic.

I personally think it is easier to lose weight than too use up the scraps! Every time I make a scrap quilt my box appears to have more rather than less scraps. Goodluck with that.
Composting sure is easy.
