Nothing to do with performance enhancing drugs or the pope retiring. This is important stuff. I am knocking over my UFOs, inpsired to do this by my lovely customers.
We did a class at the old shop a couple of years ago. My one block got put away and l dragged it out this week. I was never making a whole quilt, just a wall hanging to go in our room. The plan is to do 9 rings. Discovered the other day that the color l chose for the middle had been put back on the shelves and sold ages ago. So chose something totally different and l love it. One ring done, eight to go. Doesn't look like it's sitting too flat in the pic, but it's not to bad, nothing that can't be ironed or quilted out.
This will actually be my last UFO, the star quilt is off to Lisa to be quilted on Thursday, so for the moment it's finished until l get it back and have to put the bindings on.

It's a gold star and a big pat on the back for you Ms Karen....how are my UFO's going? No idea..haven't seen them in over a year..but I suspect they are quietly multiplying in the dark.

Well, you inspired me to complete some of mine and I'm up to my third one. This project began in 2006 I think. I believe I will finish it in the mnext couple of weeks. Thanks for the nudge!
