The question on everyone's lips..... I love ric rac and sell it in all colours and sizes, my fav would have to be the linen ric rac. Have never known how you measure the width of the different ric racs until now.
Great to use when doing embroidery, simply run through your printer, press onto your background fabric and start stitching.
Then simply remove by submerging in warm water, agitate for 2 - 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Is now available. I was placing orders for many readers but as it's been a while since the Issue 11 l wanted to check to see if you still wanted the mag. Cost is $19.80 plus postage. I am not placing an order until next Wednesday, so if you still want it please let me know.
Until the Monbulk Quilt Show. And lots has happened.
Leanne Beasley and Alison White from Patches of White have both made donations. Leanne Beasley has kindly donated a box of books and some Vignette magazines. Alison has donated some of her patterns which will go into the show bags.
Monbulk Real Estate has put up a sign outside the Monbulk Police Station advertising the show.
Several of my blog and Facebook friends have asked for copies of our advertising sheet to share on their blogs and FB pages.
And l have had some more ladies donate their time on the day to help with the white gloving and other jobs.
Why don't you take a look and see which of your quilts you'd like to display at the show. Don't be put off if you think yours is too simple. It's those 'simple' quilts that inspire others to begin their patchwork journey. Of course we would welcome the more complicated quilts as well. A mix makes for a lovely show.
March, April, May Calendar I am away from Saturday April 15th until Monday May 8th. going on a road trip with seven other ladies from Chicago to Nashville. Along the way there will be a quilt shop or 2 and 4 days at the Paducah Quilt Market. I will be posting my adventures on the blog and Facebook.
The shop will be closed during that time.
