Have recently be changed banks. Have gone with Bendigo Bank, they are soooo helpful and soooo patient.
100 years ago l tried using the automatic teller machine, it was a bad experience and l have never done it since. There were police involved, but that is another story. l want to get over my phobia and the folk at my new bank are soooo patient and very helpful. I think l am their light relief for the day. I had a bit of a lesson a couple of weeks ago and all went well.
Today l thought l would make a cash withdrawal. Feeling confident l went to the machine, wouldn't accept my pin. Tried again, still won't accept my pin. Third try and it sucks up your card, never to be seen again! So went in and told them. No worries, they would get me a new pin. I would receive an email with a new one, could then change it. So went and picked up Quiltmania and Simply Vintage, which are gorgeous by the way, while l waited.
Back to the bank, the new PIN had come through. Young Jayden walked me through what l had to do. It all sounded familiar to me and then it dawned, l changed the PIN last week and had forgotten l'd done it, hence the reason the machine didn't accept the PIN l was trying to enter.
The staff at the bank just smiled and wished me a lovely weekend.
