You'll love this, it's easy, you can double the quantities if you want to make a huge amount. It is one of the very few things l cook (not that l cook much these days) that doesn't have garlic in it.
Here goes. While you are preparing the meat part cook half a packet of pasta of some description.
While that is cooking....
Pop 500gr of mince in a bowl into the microwave, drain.
Add 1 chopped pepper and 2 chopped onions.
Cook on high for 7 minutes.
Stir in 440gr tin of cream of tomato soup, 440gr tin of creamed corn, 1 cup of tomato paste, 1/ 2 cup of sliced olives, 1/ 4 teas chilli powder, 1/ 4 teas dry mustard, a pinch of mixed herbs.
Stir this up, add the cooked pasta.
Pop into a casserole dish.
Cover with fresh breadcrumbs and grated cheese. Heat in a moderate oven.
Now if you take the easy way out and just slice the cheese you will end up with the brown stuff on the top of my casserole, so l do suggest grating as opposed to slicing.
