Easy, easy, easy.
Stir together 1 packet of Homebrand vanilla cake mix, 125 gr of melted butter and 1 cup of desiccated coconut.
Press into a slab tin.
Spread over 1 tin of pie apple or 5 stewed apples.
Mix together 300 ml of sour cream with an egg. Spread over the top of the apple.
Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes. This is to set the top.
Serve hot or cold. Lashings of cream go perfectly with this dessert/ slice.
