I am calling this Lynne's ANZACS because my friend who lives in New Zealand brought this to nibble the other day. It was easy and veeeery nice.
Rinse and hull a punnet of strawberries. Cut a slit in the top of the each strawberry. Slice off very thin wedges of Camembert ??? cheese and place a piece in each of the strawbs.
Lyn said it's also nice with a blue Camembert.
