Step 2.....The backing fabric
I used my ugly fabrics for the backs of each of my blocks. This is what l sewed the green and red strips on to.
My blocks were going to be 12 inch square so l made my ugly fabrics 13 inches square.
Good way to use up those pieces that you wouldn't dream of putting in a quilt top.
